adb not responding. if you'd like to retry then please manually kill adb.exe and click 'restart'

上些天做了一陣子php，好幾個月沒寫android代碼，這幾天新開的項目要啓動，每次用手機編譯的時候經常會提示「adb not responding. if you'd like to retry then please manually kill adb.exe and click 'restart'」，然後就會卡一會，以前我都是打開任務管理器找到adb.exe結束進程，然後重試，可重試還是不行
