MDK st-link下載STM32程序出現Internal command error和Error:Flash download failed. Target DLL   是由於目標板的芯片處於休眠的狀態，在嘗試鏈接目標板時候也會出現報錯Internal command error Flash download failed target dll has been can的現象，解決辦法是使目標
