解決：
ulimit -n 65535  
1.只針對當前會話修改,另一個相同用戶會話仍是會1024
2.重起失效

說明:不是解決問題根本源因

永久修改有效:

修改/etc/security/limits.conf

*  soft   nofile   32768
*  hard   nofile   65536
全部用戶都有效


「*" 還能夠基於用戶修改:

oracle  soft        nproc   2047 oracle hard nproc 16384 oracle soft nofile 1024 oracle hard nofile 65536
