intellij idea 鼠標放上去提示參數等信息

settings-->Editor-->General，在other中找到show quick documentation on mouse move, 或者打開settings，直接輸入mouse move搜索，如下圖： 在other中找到show quick documentation on mouse move打√，並且設置Delay的時間
