The located assembly’s manifest definition does not match the assembly reference
有時候會發現項目中的引用的版本沒有問題，可是發佈到其它環境就出現了上述錯誤，解決的辦法就是在app.config中添加assemblyBinding配置，以下：web <runtime>
<assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">
