composer在update時提示file could not be downloaded: SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error mess

在開發的時候，須要把依賴的服務更新到最新，而後 手動composer update一下，提示以下：

其實主要就是提示：

file could not be downloaded: SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO

通過排查，發現composer.json裏面的「config」項中的"secure-http": false 意思就是禁用了https請求：

因而將這個配置項改成true，而後從新composer update依賴，成功解決了這個問題！
