SAP UI5 another way to change reuse library locally from Yang

Created by Wang, Jerry on May 01, 2016 1). 在main project root下面創建一個文件夾，可以取名爲libs，並且將reuse library的源碼拷貝至該目錄下(注意libs下面的路徑可以靈活改變，但是要與後面的registerModulePath相應) 2). 告訴SAPUI5 這些源碼資源在哪兒。將下行代碼加至localIndex.html
