3 修改StartUPsql

4 生成Migration ,數據遷移過程當中有一個bug就是原生 clr bool類型爲強轉成short類型，若是要程序不報錯須要作一個強制轉換，在使用Add-Migration InitialCreate 方法對生成的代碼須要加如下注釋shell
