pip 升級問題 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'bytes'

使用pip 安裝程序裝appuim  提示我須要升級pip，python 在網上拿來的腳本直接執行：pip install --upgrade pipapp 結果報錯：AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'bytes'ui 繼續網上搜索，使用腳本：python -m pip install -U pipblog 更新成功，繼續安裝去
