No URLs will be polled as dynamic configuration sources
項目是分佈式的，今天要把自己寫的東西分出來，由於使用的IDE版本較低，分出module後啓動一直報這個錯。 解決： 1、因爲config.properties文件是已經存在的，所以只需要把resource包標註成配置文件就好。 2、若沒有，只需添加一個就可以，空的也行。
