如何解決npm should be run outside of the node repl, in your normal shell問題

在windows環境下安裝完node，其目錄結構下會有一個node.exe文件，運行該工具就至關於在cmd中執行node命令，即進入node開發模式。javascript 但不能在這裏執行npm命令，由於npm做爲一個獨立的模塊，實際上是另一個工具。若是此時執行npm install安裝命令，node就會拋出 npm should be run outside of the node repl,
