#CE測試執行工具打開runner.py報錯信息：UnicodeEncodeError: ‘charmap’ codec can’t encode characters in position 11-14: character maps to 解決辦法：打開控制面板，進入Clock and Region，選擇Date and Time中的change the time zone,點擊change
