SharePoint 2013: The "New Web Application" button is disabled is the central administration

     安裝完sharepoint foundation2013後，直接通過url訪問管理中心,想進application management去新建的話會發現新建按鈕是灰色的，即使你用的是系統管理員賬號並且是安裝sharepoint的賬號也是無濟於事的     要解決這個問題，只要打開開始程序,找到sharepint 管理中心右擊以管理員方式打開,OK新建按鈕可用了。
