使用API調用QueueCreateCollection去建立tfs collection 返回The collection servicing job did not succeed.this
查詢TFS的Logs中：[error]:tfs User or role 'TFSEXECROLE' does not exist in this database.ci
緣由是TFS的管理員不在SQL的sysadmin中，將TFS的管理員賬號添加到SQL中的sysadmin中，問題解決io
