idea-output亂碼

找到tomcat的安裝目錄中的logging.properties 我的在這裏:D:\..\tomcat\apache-tomcat-8.5.38\conf   把下面這條字段註釋掉，tomcat會根據環境中的編碼格式來自動變更   java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler.encoding = utf-8 （可能字段的值會有不同，但只註釋了這條字段就行）
