magento tax 管理

1 system->configuration->sales->tax 是對tax的管理。主要是有關tax的計算和tax 在前臺的顯示設置。 注：若是經過rest api 獲取商品的tax數據，tax ->default tax destination caculation 下的default country 選項，應該與General->general->local options 下的 Loc
