standby log的異常狀態致使DG數據同步異常顯示failure destination

問題的現像: 1.主庫的狀態一直顯示是failure destion select switchover_status from v$database        failure destination         2.主庫的歸檔日誌不能即時傳遞至備庫，重啓備庫才能把沒傳過來的日誌偉遞到備庫。而且傳送完以後，仍然主庫的switchover_status 仍然顯示是failure destin
