linux下升級pip安裝不了第三方庫的解決方法

pip升級到7.0之後，在使用http鏡像進行包安裝及升級的時候每每會有以下提示： Collecting requests   The repository located at pypi.douban.com is not a trusted or secure host and is being ignored. If this repository is available via HTTP
