Cost function
cost function的形式 cost function的推導滿足以下過程： 1. 認爲error 滿足某個分佈，寫出樣本點xi的樣本的error 2. 認爲樣本點是相互獨立的，推導出其對數似然函數 3. 求偏導，是得導函數爲0，分離常數部分，得到誤差的表達形式 e.g. 線性迴歸中關於MSE的推導：https://nk2000.github.io/2018/05/16/Linear-Regr
