PIL gif 圖片加文字 python

用pillow給動圖加文字，很方便，開心，有興趣直接看https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/issues/3128python 我是直接使用網絡圖片生成的，想使用本地的就把網絡的註釋掉，直接打開本地圖片，會生成一個out.gif文件git  很nice，上代碼github from PIL import Image, ImageDraw, ImageSeq
