使用powershell鏈接oracle數據庫(取值、更新)

在工做中咱們經常須要使用powershell鏈接Oracle數據庫。
可是在百度找到的代碼都是很老的，並且還須要oracle數據庫鏈接客戶端。查找一番後發現Oracle官方早已經發布了對.net官方鏈接庫，高效簡單。
