locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid(LC_ALL=C沒用的)問題解決方法

c++編譯的庫文件再運行是報c++ terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'this what(): locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid接口 緣由：接口庫文件在接口調用時有返回GBK字段，可是因爲本地機器沒有安裝相應的語言包支持。因此程序出錯崩
