安裝標註工具labelme（支持大圖像）

安裝pyqt pip install PyQt5 安裝 PIL包 pip install Pillow 安裝labelme 1、官方的安裝命令。 pip install labelme 2、官方的labelme不支持大圖像的打開，比如遙感圖像。如果遇到圖片打不開的情況，可以使用我修改的labelme。 labelme-master（修改後支持大圖像）.zip https://download.cs
