解決Tensorflow 使用時cpu編譯不支持警告

使用TensorFlow模塊時，彈出錯誤Your CPU supports instructions that this TensorFlow binary was not compiled to use: AVX AVX2python 緣由是下載TensorFlow的版本不支持cpu的AVX2編譯。git 多是由於安裝時使用的pip install tensorflow ，這樣默認會下載X86_
