初始化了一堆基礎設置，來看看Runtime
runtime.DefaultRuntime,
在runtime/runtime.go中的
DefaultRuntime Runtime = NewRuntime()

這裏作了如下事情：

1. 初始化並設置options
2. 建立日誌目錄，系統的臨時目錄/micro/logs
3. 返回runtime{}
