Message	hello, i saw that there is a tool to draw freehand lines.. the "ControlsNewFreehandTool". i would like to create something similar to that. cause i want to add my own symbol to the output. i am able to create all other drawings (ellipse,line,polygon,rectangle) but i'm stuck with the freehand. thanks =]

Message	I don't know about a "freehand" display feedback, but you can set default symbols using The CommandsEnvironment CoClass and IGraphicsProperties: http://resources.esri.com/help/9.3/ArcGISEngine/arcobjects/esriControls/CommandsEnvironment.htm
