MVC5 WebAPI 跨域處理

問題描述： 在使用ASP.NET的MVC5進行WebAPI開發的時候，在跨域的情況下會報跨域的錯， No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://localhost:9090' is therefore not allowed access. 解決辦法（一）：
