jupyter中出現kernel error並且也會出現FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specifid

在jupyter中cannot find thespecified，以及內核錯誤，說明python3出現問題。 解決方案： 1、打開cmd命令行窗口（使用快捷鍵windows+R）。 2、在其中輸入：jupyter kernelspec list。 根據python3所顯示的地址，找到kernel.json文件並打開，kernel.json文件中有着jupyter的內核python3的一些信息。
