在tensorflow下運行代碼出錯——API version 0xc but this version of numpy is 0xb

本人在運行代碼時不知道爲什麼會出現這種錯誤 一直在說「RuntimeError: module compiled against API version 0xc but this version of numpy is 0xb」 我一直找不到原因，百度一下之後，發現大多數給的方法都是更新numpy，但是不知道爲什麼對我的電腦沒有作用，始終是這個錯誤，在pycharm中的setting中 進行更新也
