阿里雲服務器Centos7.3下安裝python3.7.2及pip3

1.安裝python3.7.2 1.1 先去python官網下載python3安裝包    執行命令:   wget https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.7.2/Python-3.7.2.tgz   1.2 安裝zlib-devel包(後面安裝pip需要用到,這裏先下載，後面就不用重複編譯)   yum install zlib-devel   1.3 解壓命令
