  PostgreSQL 官網下載地址：https://www.postgresql.org/download/sql   選擇對應系統->zip archive 如圖數據庫   命令行移動到解壓後目錄，初始化數據庫：windows bin\initdb -D data -U postgres -A password -E utf8 --locale=C -W服務器 如圖：post 命令行參數意義
