SVN 提交代碼出現Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted的情況

1：不知道怎麼回事突然就出現了這個問題，SVN不能提交代碼也不能更新代碼了，測試又催趕緊提交代碼，慌得一批 2：svn執行clean up命令時報錯「Previous operation has not finished; run ‘cleanup’ if it was interrupted」。 無論你到那個父層次的目錄執行「clean up「，都是報一樣的錯。想提交或者更新代碼都是卡在這個地方
