H3C設備NTP時鐘沒法同步排查方法

NTP 時鐘沒法同步排查方法：
一、 V5設備NTP同步的版本默認是V3版本，V7設備默認是V4版本，若是直接在V7設備上配置NTP，NTP上的時鐘可能沒法實現同步的，須要手動將版本更改成V3就能夠同步時鐘了
