ORA-28575: unable to open RPC connection to external procedure agent
開發那邊調存儲過程報錯如題錯誤，這類錯多是由於listener.ora和tnsnames.ora配置出現不一致問題。 正常情況下的監聽狀態： 一般問題，都是劃紅線部分中的KEY值，在listener.ora和tnsnames.ora不一致，導致報出如上錯誤。
