By default, Safari Mobile does not use the :active state unless there is a
touchstart event handler on the relevant element or on the <body>.html

解決方法：web

1.body標籤上添加ontouchstart空方法（頁面首個元素起做用）less

<body ontouchstart="">

</body>

2.document或body添加touchstart空事件（頁面首個元素起做用）spa

document.addEventListener("touchstart", function() {},false);
//或
document.body.addEventListener("touchstart", function() {})

/*添加以下css配合*/

}

3.單個a元素添加ontouchstart空事件.net

4.全部a元素添加touchstart空事件code

var a=document.getElementsByTagName(‘a’);

    a[i].addEventListener(‘touchstart’,function(){},false);

}
