ElementUI 中 table 的template 和 formatter 函數不能一起使用

項目中的表格要使用到table的template插槽做數據自定義處理，但是爲了自己寫的組件能夠複用，還需要用到formatter函數來進行數據的操作，這種情況下，template和formatter是不能一起使用的， 咱們可以使用針對插槽內的結構進行鍼對處理
