SBT 安裝和第一次執行老是等待的問題

根據官方文檔：http://www.scala-sbt.org/release/docs/Installing-sbt-on-Linux.html

echo "deb https://dl.bintray.com/sbt/debian /" | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sbt.list
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv 642AC823
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install sbt

第一次執行是由於SBT會下載一些依賴，由於下載很慢，能夠設置下載的repository.

在~/.sbt/下建立repositories，文件內容以下：
