創建maven項目遇到了Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-jar-plugin:jar:2.4
我的解決方案是刪除我自己maven庫中D:\study_maven\mvn_repository\org\apache\maven\plugins下的所有文件 然後再update一下項目就ok了 錯誤原因：應該找不到這個jar包
