利用heroku搭建服務的方法

1. 在heroku網站上註冊帳號python https://www.heroku.com/git 要使用gmail郵箱進行註冊github 2. 安裝heroku CLIweb https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/getting-started-with-python#set-upsql 3. 用終端登錄heroku數據庫 $ heroku login
