mempool/dpaa2: Failed to allocate IO portal
最近在基於DPDK庫進行開發時，基於以下環境出現標題所示的錯誤，經分析主要時以下原因造成的： 1 通過ar進行靜態庫重新打包時，有些.o文件的名稱相同，導致覆蓋 2 編譯鏈接順序不一致導致提取的操作錯誤 具體環境 將DPDK18.11版本編譯後，通過腳本，將dpdk安裝靜態庫中所有庫重新打包爲一個發佈靜態庫，然後在外部程序中使用鏈接該DPDK庫進行外部應用的開發，當使用其中的rte_pdump庫構
