ERROR: package 「setuptools requires a different Python 2.7.12 not in ‘>=3.5’」 解決辦法： 輸入如下命令： pip list --outdated 把vts報錯的所有工具都用如下命令升級，執行命令有的需要加–user,根據提示來決定。最好是list的所有工具都升級一下。 pip install --upgrade setu
