java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.apache.jasper.el.ELContextImpl

解決方案：

　　一、多是包衝突，刪除Java項目下的jsp-api.jar、servlet-api.jar包

　　二、在Tomcat中的conf下的context文件中加入<Loader delegate="true" />
