windows下git push 返回411 失敗的問題

在windows下經過客戶端提交更新時，遇到411 的狀況。

由於Nginx不能處理Chunked的POST請求。在代理服務器上，添加http://wiki.nginx.org/HttpChunkinModule 模塊，來解決問題。

since 1.3.9, the Nginx core already has built-in support for the chunked request bodies.
