Effects of all-trans-retinoic acid on human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma as in vitro model in neurotoxicity
（NeuroToxicology 3區，港大 25） 1.簡介 SY5Y是一種多巴胺能神經元細胞系。RA的分化表現爲神經突廣泛生長，神經元細胞核、神經元特異性烯醇化酶、突觸球蛋白、突觸相關蛋白-97表達增加，分化抑制劑-1表達減少。 細胞培養：接種後48小時內，10%熱滅活牛血清的培養基培養。之後換3%熱滅活血清，10μMRA培養起七天。做蛋白印跡時，按2105cells/孔的密度接種到6孔板中。
