WebLogic配置oracle數據源出錯-Oracle the network adapter could not establish the connection

在weblogic上配置oracle數據源時，報錯： The Network Adapter could not establish the connection 解決方法： 打開oracle服務器的Net Manager； 點擊添加地址，將本機的ip填在主機欄，退出選擇保存； 重啓oracle監聽服務： CMD命令行重啓：lsnrctl stop->lsnrctl start； 右擊「我的電腦」
