Unable to save settings: Failed to save settings. Please restart PyCharm解決 由於有了360體檢，不知道刪除了什麼，pycharm解釋器的add remote根本無法打開，只能通過默認設置，add reomote ssh,但是pycharm就會提示Unable to save settings: Failed to save
