解決：Error: Could not decode "*.cpp" with "UTF-8" - encoding. Editing not possible

打開別人的Qt工程，發現中文亂碼，然後標題出現： 點擊 【select encoding】，如下，如果有 UTF-8，就選擇 UTF-8， 沒有的話，就選擇，System, 然後【按編碼重新載入】，就解決了。
