微信網頁獲取地理位置 出現 geoLocation:fail

使用『微信web開發者工具』調試地理位置時，出現錯誤

"errMsg": "geoLocation:fail, the permission value is offline verifying..

緣由是地址位置獲取，須要真機調試，模擬機上不行。
