出現以上錯誤信息的緣由和所發郵件有沒有內容、內容大小等都沒有關係，是xx防火牆(GFW，又名「xx工程」)作了過濾的緣由，它(xx工程)定義了大陸的IP鏈接到大陸之外(如香港、臺灣、歐洲等) 的郵件服務器是不能夠本身發郵件給本身的！只要大陸所在客戶端用大陸的IP發送郵件，立刻就會提示「551 User not local; please try 」這樣的錯誤信息！
