出現這個問題的緣由是對idea的使用還不是太瞭解，這個提示的意思是沒有找到與artifact對應的tomcattomcat 一下給出兩種出現問題的可能ide 一 、沒有配置tomcat，解決辦法：idea  選擇Edit Configurations，會彈出配置頁3d  左側在Default中，有不少服務配置能夠選，這裏選擇Tomcat Server.Localblog  點擊Configure，
